How do I manage my disputes?

You can manage your existing disputes by following the instructions below. If you would like to start a new return/dispute click here for instructions.


 


1. Select "My Account" from the menu at the bottom of the website.

2. Input your Email address and Password and select "Login Now".

3. Either click the "you have 1 unresolved dispute" message or select the "Resolution Centre" button.

4. Select the dispute you want to view or edit.
